Why Schools Are Looking for a Better Approach
Schools nationwide are experiencing rising student conflict, online drama, and cyberbullying that increasingly spill into classrooms and affect student wellbeing. Many approaches rely primarily on assemblies or discipline, which may stop behavior temporarily but often fail to change the peer dynamics that allow exclusion, rumor-spreading, and relational conflict to continue.
Situations that begin outside school – in group chats, gaming platforms, or social media – now shape relationships during the school day, placing educators under pressure to respond quickly while maintaining fairness and trust. At the same time, students are still learning how to navigate friendships, disagreement, and social pressure in a constantly connected world. Without clear school values and teaching students how to handle conflict and friendships well, problems can escalate before teachers are even aware of them. Schools are increasingly looking for approaches that help students take responsibility for how they treat one another while giving educators clear and consistent ways to prevent harm and resolve situations when they arise.
How No Bully Works
No Bully is delivered through a year-long partnership tailored to your school, helping educators, students, and families work together to prevent bullying while strengthening schools’ ability to respond effectively when incidents occur. The program increases staff capacity to resolve bullying situations successfully and efficiently while helping students develop the skills needed to build healthier relationships and prevent harm before it escalates.
Leadership Coaching
School leaders work with No Bully coaches to establish clear expectations and consistent practices for addressing student conflict and bullying. Leadership coaching helps align policies and adult responses so staff can act with confidence and consistency when situations arise.
Staff Training
Teachers and staff receive practical training focused on recognizing bullying dynamics and responding effectively to student conflict. Shared strategies and language reduce uncertainty and help educators resolve situations more efficiently.
Student Assemblies
Age-appropriate assemblies introduce students to the role they play in shaping their school community. Students learn to recognize harmful behavior, support peers who are targeted, and become upstanders who contribute to a culture of kindness and respect both in school and online.
Solution Team® Response Method
Schools are trained in Solution Team, a structured, educator-led intervention used to resolve ongoing bullying and cyberbullying situations. The approach activates student empathy and shared responsibility, providing staff with a clear and effective pathway when traditional discipline has not worked.
Parent Workshops
Workshops help parents understand how bullying and online conflict affect children and teens and how families can reinforce respectful relationships and responsible online behavior at home.
Become a No Bully School
Schools that complete the one-year partnership are recognized as a No Bully School and awarded the No Bully School badge.
Displayed on school communications and websites, the badge signals a visible commitment to belonging, safety, and respectful community.
If your school is exploring how to strengthen belonging and prevent bullying in the digital age, we would welcome a conversation.
