Bullying Prevention for International Schools
Today’s students are the first generation whose social lives are continuously connected. Relationships no longer stop at the school gate. Friendships unfold across group chats, gaming platforms, and social media, shaping belonging, reputation, and conflict both online and offline.
No Bully is a whole-school anti-bullying and bullying prevention program that helps international schools build positive cultures where students learn to relate with kindness, care for one another, and resolve conflict constructively – both online and offline.

Why International Schools Are Rethinking Bullying Prevention
Even the strongest school communities are facing intense social pressures as student friendships unfold online. Conflicts that once remained small now spread quickly through digital communication, while cyberbullying can follow students far beyond the school day.
At the same time, educators report rising social anxiety, growing pastoral demands, and increasing complexity in student relationships.
Schools worldwide are discovering that bullying declines most effectively when belonging, empathy, and shared responsibility are intentionally strengthened across the whole community.
What is No Bully International?
We partner with international schools to strengthen student belonging, prevent bullying and cyberbullying, and build a school culture where students take shared responsibility for one another’s wellbeing.
We coach the school leadership in guiding culture change, strengthen pastoral and student-support systems, and train teachers, counselors, and staff in practical, schoolwide approaches for preventing bullying and responding effectively when challenges arise.
At the heart of the program is the award-winning Solution Team® intervention, a restorative approach that resolves bullying by engaging student responsibility. Partner schools are able to resolve 90% of bullying situations using this method.
More than a bullying-prevention initiative, No Bully helps schools become the best version of themselves – values-led, relationally strong, and prepared for the social and digital realities students navigate today.

Student Engagement
Students are empowered to be upstanders, repair conflict, and actively contribute to a culture of kindness and belonging.
Become a No Bully School
Schools that complete the year-long partnership are recognized as No Bully Schools and awarded the No Bully School badge – a visible signal of their commitment to student safety, respectful relationships, and effective bullying prevention.
The first step, however, is simply a conversation. Every school’s context is different, and we begin by learning about your goals, challenges, and cultural context to explore whether No Bully is the right fit for your community.
If your school is looking for practical ways to prevent bullying and respond more effectively when challenges arise, we would welcome the opportunity to connect.
