No Bully Seeks Event Coordinator/Executive Assistant (San Francisco Area)

No Bully is a seeking a part-time Event Coordinator to support our Broadway Against Bullying events and other fundraisers, as well as executive assistance to the No Bully team.


Position also includes providing high-level support to the executive and development directors, performing special projects as assigned, and providing general office management. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative support tasks and will be able to work independently in an unsupervised environment. This person must be well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting a small office of diverse people and projects.

• Answer and screen incoming calls
• Maintain donor database, currently using eTapestry
• Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondences including mail and fax
• Perform administrative duties such as copying/faxing/filing documents, preparing outgoing correspondences, and creating expense reports as needed
• Order office supplies, and keep supplies stocked and organized.
• Assist in coordinating /supporting fundraising events
• Run business errands as needed

• Non-profit and event planning/management experience essential
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Detail-oriented and exceptionally-organized
• Energetic, mature, positive person who can work independently
• Discretion, diplomacy and excellent judgment in regards to confidential information
• Proficiency in eTapestry, MS Office Suite, Google Docs, including Google Calendar and DropBox in a PC & Mac environment
• Reliable and punctual
• Team player willing to pinch hit if necessary

• Part time to start at 15 to 20 hours a week/flex time
• $22 per hour
• Candidate must be friendly, self-directed; U.S. Citizen or permanent resident.
